€¢ The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations for both factory and office staff, including recruitment through job portals, interview coordination, attendance and payroll inputs, statutory compliance, employee records, and grievance handling. The role requires close coordination with department heads to ensure proper manpower planning and smooth HR processes across the organization.
€¢ Handle recruitment for all departments via job portals, references, and consultants
€¢ Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with HODs
€¢ Manage joining formalities, documentation, employee files, and ID cards
€¢ Maintain attendance, leave records, shift data, and overtime details
€¢ Prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs for accounts team
€¢ Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity
€¢ Maintain statutory registers, notices, and records as per labour laws
€¢ Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues
€¢ Coordinate contract labour documentation and compliance
€¢ Maintain HR MIS reports: attendance summary, manpower report, attrition report
€¢ Support labour inspections, audits, and statutory visits
€¢ Conduct employee induction and basic policy orientation
€¢ Coordinate uniforms, safety compliance, and welfare activities
€¢ Work closely with Production and other departments for manpower planning
€¢ Maintain proper communication between management and staff
€¢ Knowledge of recruitment through Naukri, Indeed, job portals
€¢ Understanding of statutory compliance and factory HR documentation
€¢ Experience in attendance, leave, and payroll input management
€¢ Ability to handle grievances and maintain discipline
€¢ Strong record-keeping and documentation skills
€¢ Coordination with multiple department
€¢ Practical approach to people management
€¢ Basic Excel and HR MIS reporting knowledge
€¢ Ability to work in factory + office environment
