- Handling Day to Day HR Operation of Company and Reporting to HR Manager

- Recruitment and Selection- take preliminary round of interview and Arrange final interview with technical head

- On boarding and joining formalities

- Attendance, leave and Payroll Processing

-Knowledge of Compliance -PF,ESIC, Gratuity ,

-Employee Engagement Activities

-Exit Formality and F & F Processing

-Guest arrangement

-Routine Office Admin Task
