roles & responsibilities
vendor coordination
1 coordinate daily with recruitment vendors to follow up on shared and pending candidate profiles.
2 share active and relevant job requirements with vendors.
3 address and resolve vendor queries regarding candidate profiles and recruitment processes.
4 serve as the primary escalation point for vendor-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
client coordination
1 manage onboarding of new clients, explain proposal terms, and ensure proper documentation and sign-off.
2 regularly check active hiring requirements and communicate updates to the recruitment team.
3 act as a communication bridge between clients and the internal recruitment team to ensure alignment and timely closures.
4 follow up with clients for pending payments and maintain an updated log of outstanding dues.
recruitment support
1 prepare and maintain weekly and monthly recruitment performance reports.
2 assist the recruitment team with coordination tasks including interview scheduling, profile tracking, and candidate follow-ups.
3 support various administrative tasks related to recruitment as and when required.
qualification & skills -
bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
proficiency in ms office (excel, word).
ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
