### **key responsibilities:**
- assist in **recruitment** by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- maintain and update employee records and hr databases.
- handle employee queries and support hr policies and procedures.
- assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
- help organize training programs and employee engagement activities.
- prepare reports and assist in payroll and attendance management.
### **requirements:**
- bachelor's degree in hr, business administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in hr or a related role.
- good communication and interpersonal skills.
- proficiency in ms office (excel, word, powerpoint).
