Key Responsibilities:

1. **Guest Assistance**: Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. You will address any questions or concerns they may have to enhance their stay.

2. **Reservations Management**: Handle room bookings over the phone and online, accurately entering guest details into the system. This includes confirming bookings and managing special requests.

3. **Customer Service**: Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. You should aim to resolve any issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction.

4. **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain organized records of bookings and transactions, ensuring all documentation is up to date. This requires attention to detail and accuracy.

5. **Collaboration**: Work with other hotel staff, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess strong communication skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
