Rasha Infrastructure specializes in execute all types of civil construction works including buildings, roads, drainage systems and infrastructure projects on turnkey or contract basis; to plan, design, develop, implement and manage Solid Waste Management (SWM) projects including collection, transportation, processing, recycling, treatment and disposal of municipal waste; We procure, supply, trade and deal in specialized machinery, vehicles, tools and equipment related to construction and waste management sectors; to undertake operation and maintenance (O&M) of SWM equipment, plants, machinery, vehicles and allied infrastructure; to carry out turnkey projects involving construction, supply, erection, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of SWM equipment, plants and systems

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive, based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents in compliance with established guidelines. The role involves analyzing tender specifications, developing cost estimates, coordinating with various teams to gather necessary documentation, and liaising with clients and contractors. The Tender Executive will also monitor tender results, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Qualifications

Experience in tender preparation, documentation, cost estimation, and contract management

Strong analytical skills for evaluating tender requirements and developing proposals

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders

Understanding of procurement processes, compliance requirements, and project management

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in time-sensitive situations

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Previous experience in infrastructure or construction industry is an advantage
