We are looking for a dedicated Ground Staff Executive in Siliguri, India. This position is open to fresh candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade. The role involves assisting in various airport operations to ensure smooth passenger experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Passenger Assistance: Engage with passengers to offer help, provide information, and ensure they have a pleasant journey. This may involve directing them to the right locations and answering their queries.

2. Check-in and Boarding: Assist with the check-in process, including verifying tickets and baggage. During boarding, ensure that passengers board the aircraft smoothly and efficiently.

3. Baggage Handling: Oversee the loading and unloading of luggage, ensuring it is handled carefully and efficiently from the check-in area to the aircraft and vice versa.

4. Safety and Security: Help maintain high safety and security standards at the airport by following protocols and assisting in emergency situations if necessary.

5. Communication: Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure timely services and address any issues that may arise.
