Ground Staff Executive (Freshers) Kharagpur

We are looking for a Ground Staff Executive in Kharagpur. This full-time position is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade. The Ground Staff Executive will play a vital role in ensuring smooth airport operations and providing excellent service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, ensuring they have the necessary documents. Help them with luggage and provide information about flights.

2. Baggage Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of baggage from aircraft, making sure items are handled with care to avoid damage or loss.

3. Flight Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely departures and arrivals, relaying important information to passengers and staff.

4. Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude, resolving issues efficiently to enhance their travel experience.

5. Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times to maintain a secure environment for passengers and staff.
