Key responsibilities include:

1. **Customer Assistance**: Greet and assist passengers at various points throughout their travel journey, providing information about flight schedules and services.

2. **Check-In Support**: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they have all necessary documents and guiding them through the procedures.

3. **Baggage Handling**: Assist in managing and directing baggage to ensure it is handled safely and efficiently.

4. **Customer Complaints**: Address any passenger issues or complaints promptly, providing solutions or escalating concerns to the appropriate staff.

5. **Coordination with Staff**: Work closely with airport staff and airline personnel to facilitate smooth operations and communication.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude. You should be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A good understanding of customer service principles and a willingness to learn about airport operations are essential. Punctuality and a professional appearance are also important in this role.
