Hiring Fresher / Ground Hostess / 10th Pass

We are looking for a friendly and organized Ground Hostess to join our team in Deogarh, India. As a Ground Hostess, you will ensure that passengers have a pleasant experience at the airport. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed at least the 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Greeting: Welcome passengers as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.

2. Check-In Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring all documents are in order.

3. Information Provision: Provide necessary information about flights, boarding gates, and services available, assisting passengers with any queries they may have.

4. Luggage Handling: Assist passengers with their luggage, ensuring a smooth transfer between check-in and boarding.

5. Safety Protocols: Uphold all safety and security guidelines, ensuring compliance with airport regulations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and the local language, allowing for effective interaction with a diverse range of passengers. A positive attitude, along with patience and empathy, is essential, as you will be addressing passengers' needs and concerns throughout their journey. Basic computer knowledge is expected for handling check-in systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
