Hiring For General Manager Sales & Marketing

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced General Manager - Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial operations. The ideal candidate will oversee strategy development, business development, revenue generation, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for driving growth, identifying new markets, building a strong team, and ensuring the sales pipeline is robust.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Lead and manage the sales and marketing department across all regions.

 Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

 Identify new market opportunities and foster long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

 Collaborate closely with the production and technical team to align client requirements with product capabilities.

 Drive brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and lead generation strategies.

 Prepare and present forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to management.

 Mentor, develop, and build a high-performing sales team.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

 Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or MBA in Sales & Marketing.

 Minimum 10 - 12 years of proven experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in water storage tanks, silos, or steel fabrication industry.

 Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

 Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data-driven decision making.

 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines under pressure.
