Job Description: Front Office Receptionist
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and must be well-presented, courteous, and efficient in handling front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
Handle visitor inquiries and guide them appropriately
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service attitude and professional appearance
Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
This role requires a candidate who is punctual, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
