key responsibilities:
client acquisition: identify and onboard new employers and staffing partners in manufacturing, logistics, construction, security, facility management, and service sectors across delhi ncr.
lead generation & conversion: actively scout industrial areas, business parks, and local markets to generate leads and convert them into active job postings on the shramin platform.
relationship management: build strong relationships with hr heads, contractors, and placement officers to ensure recurring demand and employer retention.
candidate mobilization support: collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely mobilization of candidates from vocational institutes, itis, and polytechnics.
reporting & feedback: maintain daily visit reports, track conversion metrics, and share market feedback for continuous improvement of services.
qualifications & requirements:
minimum 13 years of experience in field sales, preferably in staffing, hr tech, job portals, b2b services, or recruitment.
graduation in any discipline; candidates with master degree and a background in marketing or hr are preferred.
comfortable with extensive field travel across delhi ncr.
excellent communication and negotiation skills in english.
tech-savvy with smartphone usage, familiar with using crm or lead tracking tools.
own a two-wheeler (preferred) for local travel.
