Key Responsibilities:
� Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new employers and staffing partners in manufacturing, logistics, construction, security, facility management, and service sectors across Delhi NCR.
� Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively scout industrial areas, business parks, and local markets to generate leads and convert them into active job postings on the ShramIN platform.
� Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with HR heads, contractors, and placement officers to ensure recurring demand and employer retention.
� Candidate Mobilization Support: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely mobilization of candidates from vocational institutes, ITIs, and Polytechnics.
� Reporting & Feedback: Maintain daily visit reports, track conversion metrics, and share market feedback for continuous improvement of services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
� Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in staffing, HR tech, job portals, B2B services, or recruitment.
� Graduation in any discipline; candidates with Master Degree and a background in marketing or HR are preferred.
� Comfortable with extensive field travel across Delhi NCR.
� Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
� Tech-savvy with smartphone usage, familiar with using CRM or lead tracking tools.
� Own a two-wheeler (preferred) for local travel.
