role overview

we are seeking dynamic and motivated sales executives with prior jewellery sales experience to join

our team. the role involves driving retail and field sales of lab-grown diamond jewellery, building

strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets.

key responsibilities

• promote and sell lab-grown diamond jewellery in the assigned region.

• achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly) with additional incentives for overachievement.

• build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.

• identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding the client base.

• conduct on-field visits, client meetings, and retail sales as required.

• provide product knowledge to customers and resolve their queries effectively.

• coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order execution.

requirements

• experience: 1–3 years in jewellery sales (retail or field).

• education: graduate (preferred, but mandatory with strong jewellery sales background).

• skills:

o fluent in local language + english.

o strong communication and negotiation abilities.

o customer-oriented with a proven sales track record.

• willingness to work on-field and travel to different cities.

• must have industry knowledge of diamonds/jewellery sector.

compensation

• fixed salary: ₹25,000 –₹50,000/month (based on prior experience and performance history;

includes basic targets).

• variable pay: attractive incentive structure for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
