key responsibilities
acquire new b2b customers such as retailers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and vendors.
conduct field visits, onboard retailers, and explain tarkarees value proposition.
maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders.
collect daily orders and coordinate with the operations team.
monitor competitor pricing and local market trends.
ensure timely payment collections and resolve customer concerns.
achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
eligibility & skills
13 years of experience in field sales (fmcg, fruits & vegetables, dairy, or b2b preferred).
strong communication and negotiation skills.
willingness to travel locally and work in early hours if required.
basic smartphone and whatsapp proficiency.
knowledge of local markets and retailers is a plus.
