job summary
we are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented field sales executive to promote and sell our range of cp fittings and sanitary ware products. the ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork to expand our dealer and distributor network.
role & responsibilities
identify and visit potential dealers and distributors in assigned territory.
promote varbal bathware products through direct field visits and presentations.
develop strong relationships with distributors and
the company's dealer scheme should reach the dealers at the accurate time.
meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
provide accurate and timely market feedback and competitor analysis.
maintain the monthly sales data.
ensure proper product display and brand visibility at dealer locations.
collect payments from dealers and distributors as per company policy.
qualifications & skills
minimum 12th pass / graduate in any discipline.
proven experience in field sales, preferably in sanitary ware, bath fittings, or related industries.
strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
basic product knowledge of sanitary/bathware products or willingness to learn.
must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
