Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
€¢ Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
€¢ Conduct door-to-door or scheduled meetings with businesses to promote software offerings.
2. Client Meetings
€¢ Meet clients in person to understand their business challenges and requirements.
€¢ Conduct demos and presentations of the company€™s software solutions.
€¢ Customize pitch according to client industry (retail, manufacturing, education, service, etc.).
3. Sales & Negotiation
€¢ Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing discussions.
€¢ Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
€¢ Coordinate with technical teams to ensure customer expectations are aligned with deliverables.
omer Relationship
€¢ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
€¢ Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company.
€¢ Gather client feedback and communicate it to the product/technical teams.
5. Reporting & Documentation
€¢ Maintain updated records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or tracking tools.
€¢ Submit daily/weekly field reports to the Reporting Authority.
