key responsibilities
1. lead generation
identify potential clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
conduct door-to-door or scheduled meetings with businesses to promote software offerings.
2. client meetings
meet clients in person to understand their business challenges and requirements.
conduct demos and presentations of the companys software solutions.
customize pitch according to client industry (retail, manufacturing, education, service, etc.).
3. sales & negotiation
prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing discussions.
negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
coordinate with technical teams to ensure customer expectations are aligned with deliverables.
omer relationship
maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company.
gather client feedback and communicate it to the product/technical teams.
5. reporting & documentation
maintain updated records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in crm or tracking tools.
submit daily/weekly field reports to the reporting authority.
