we are looking for energetic and motivated field sales executives to join shinepoints
team. in this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our shinepoints -
reward points software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. the job involves meeting
retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the
benefits (free for 1
st month and /- per annum after free offer ends)
key responsibilities:
meet and pitch the shinepoints software to retail store owners in your city (any
area)
achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly salary. over achieve for higher
incentives.
build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.
work mode & timings:
location: any area in your assigned city
work mode: field work, no need to come to the office daily
timings: 9 am 5 pm
working days: monday to saturday (6 days/week)
process: 1 month probation followed by full time employment

12 pass-3 lpa ctc (25, 000 take home +incentive)
graduate - lpa ctc (31, 000 take home + incentive)
250 per day travelling allowance
100 per shop enrollment above target
