job summary:

we are hiring field sales executives to promote and sell our construction chemical products. the role involves visiting sites, meeting contractors, builders, and dealers, and developing strong business relationships to achieve sales targets.

responsibilities:

visit construction sites, dealers, contractors, and architects regularly to promote products.

generate new leads and build long-term client relationships.

achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations at project sites.

gather market and competitor information and report regularly.

coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.

ensure customer satisfaction and handle client queries effectively.

requirements:

education: diploma / graduate / . / / mba (marketing) or equivalent.

experience: 0 to 4 years in sales of construction chemicals, paints, or building materials (freshers welcome).

good communication and negotiation skills.

must be comfortable with field work and frequent travel.

positive attitude and target-driven approach.
