Walk-In For Field Sales Executive - Full Time

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Thane West. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Relationship Management:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- **Sales Target Achievement:** Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into customers.

- **Market Research:** Conduct regular market research to understand competitive trends and gather insights to improve sales strategies.

- **Product Demonstrations:** Present and demonstrate products to clients, effectively showcasing their features and benefits for better engagement.

- **Sales Reporting:** Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback to understand their experiences and use this information to enhance service delivery and product offerings.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and have a proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals. Familiarity with sales techniques and a good understanding of customer needs are important. Proficiency in using sales software and spreadsheets to maintain records and analyze sales performance is expected. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel frequently within the designated sales area.
