Job description:

• Conduct daily field visits to retail shops, general stores, pharmacies, and other potential outlets.

• Introduce and promote the company's toothbrush products.

• Generate sales orders and ensure timely order collection.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and distributors.

• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retail customers.

• Ensure proper product visibility and availability at retail outlets.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• Prior experience in field sales, FMCG sales, or retail sales is preferred.

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and possess a valid driving license.

• Must have a smartphone for reporting and communication.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of Delhi NCR market will be an advantage.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
