We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. This role involves engaging with customers directly to promote and sell our products. As a Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:- **Identifying Prospects**: Actively seek out potential customers through various channels such as cold calls, referrals, and networking events.- **Building Relationships**: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance customer loyalty.- **Presenting Products**: Demonstrate our products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits to encourage sales.- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the management, contributing to the overall growth of the company.- **Reporting Sales Activities**: Keep track of daily sales activities and submit reports to management, ensuring transparency and accountability in your sales process.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect easily with customers. You should be comfortable working independently in the field and have a proactive attitude towards achieving goals. A basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles will be beneficial. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team to drive sales success. This position is suitable for individuals with 0-3 years of experience and requires at least a 12th grade education.
