key responsibilities:
• identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• present and demonstrate products/services to clients effectively.
• prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential customers.
• achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
• maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the crm system.
• collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract new clients.
• provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand network.
qualifications:
• bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in software sales.
• strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• proficient in microsoft office suite and crm software.
• a results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
