job summary:

we are seeking a motivated and results-driven field sales executive to join our dynamic team at [proptension india private limited], a leading property management company. the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with property owners, and driving revenue growth by promoting our property management services.

key responsibilities:

actively prospect and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and local marketing activities.

meet with residential and commercial property owners to understand their needs and present customized property management solutions.

develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term success.

conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and kpis.

maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using crm tools.

collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and customer experience.

represent the company at property expos, trade shows, and other relevant events.

qualifications & skills:

proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in real estate, property management, or related industries.

excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

strong knowledge of local real estate market and property regulations is a plus.

self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.

ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

proficient in microsoft office and crm software.

bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field preferred.
