and customer needs. develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.

 product knowledge: maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and

services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

 sales reporting: prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market

feedback to the management team.

 collaboration: work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop and

implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

 customer support: provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer

satisfaction and repeat business.
