We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Barasat. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of sales experience and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement**: Actively visit potential and existing clients to build relationships, understand their needs, and present our products effectively.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and utilizing personal selling skills.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions for performance tracking and analysis.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and management to share insights and support marketing initiatives.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- Must have completed at least the 12th grade.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients.
- Good negotiation skills to close sales deals successfully.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, ensuring all targets are met.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Must be male, as specified for the role.
