Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, following up on sales inquiries,Generating new leads and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for automobiles and willing to do field job.
Key Responsibilities:
Field visit and generate potential lead from market. Use of digital Social Media platforms to generate leads.
Greet and assist customers, understand their vehicle requirements, and provide suitable options.
Conduct detailed product presentations, test drives, and vehicle feature demonstrations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the used car inventory, pricing, financing options, and industry trends.
Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and showroom visits.
Prepare and present quotations, finance deals, and negotiate pricing to close sales.
Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with back-office for loan, insurance, and RTO formalities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Maintain records of all leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Attend daily sales meetings, training, and dealership events as required.

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum . Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
1-3 years of experience in automobile sales (used or new car dealership preferred)
Freshers with good communication skills and passion for sales can also apply.
Candidates with Two Wheeler and valid License Preferred.
