Job Summary
Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage and expand B2B and channel sales for solar products in Malkangiri and Bargarh districts of Odisha. The role involves distributor development, dealer management, and driving regional sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B sales operations for solar products in assigned territory
Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, installers, and institutional clients
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct market surveys, territory planning, and competitor analysis
Provide product training and sales support to channel partners
Ensure implementation of company sales policies and pricing
Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and support teams
Required Skills & Experience
4–7 years of experience in B2B and Channel Sales
Mandatory experience in solar product sales (modules, inverters, batteries, BOS, etc.)
Strong exposure to distributor appointment and channel development
Good communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned districts
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
