we are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our team in selling spare parts of jcb machine/similar machine/excavators.

the ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and maintaining client satisfaction. the role involves presenting and promoting products/services to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

key responsibilities:

*identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals

*present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers

*conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers

*build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

*reach out to customer leads through various channels (phone, email, social media, in-person)

*achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

*coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

*analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly

*prepare reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts

*provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities

qualifications:

*proven work experience as a sales representative or similar role

*excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

*ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

*highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

familiarity with email, microsoft excel and normal computer skills

ability to work independently and as part of a team
