Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative (or Sales Executive, Sales Associate, etc.)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in selling Spare parts of JCB Machine/similar Machine/Excavators.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role involves presenting and promoting products/services to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

*Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals

*Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers

*Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers

*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

*Reach out to customer leads through various channels (phone, email, social media, in-person)

*Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

*Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

*Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly

*Prepare reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts

*Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities

Qualifications:

*Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

*Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

*Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Familiarity with Email, Microsoft excel and normal computer skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Details:

Location: Sarkhej, Ahmedabad.

Compensation: [Base salary 15-20K + commission, bonus structure, etc.]
