Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, pitching our products/services (., Tally, Add-ons, or Software Solutions), and closing sales to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective leads.

Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products or services.

Convert leads into customers by providing convincing product demonstrations.

Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers.

Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Handle objections and close sales professionally.

Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and competitor analysis.
