Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, pitching our products/services (e.g., Tally, Add-ons, or Software Solutions), and closing sales to meet monthly targets.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective leads.Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products or services.Convert leads into customers by providing convincing product demonstrations.Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers.Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports.Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.Handle objections and close sales professionally.Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and competitor analysis.
