Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Market Identification:

o Identify agricultural potential and crop patterns in the Belgaum region for seed distribution.

o Analyze the demand and scope for various crop seeds in coordination with the companys product line.

2. Dealer & Distributor Network Development:

o Identify and appoint potential dealers/distributors in the designated area, in line with company norms.

o Build a strong channel network to ensure effective product reach.

3. Sales & Customer Relationship Management:

o Maintain regular contact with existing dealers and distributors to enhance sales and customer service.

o Explore and establish relationships with alternative distribution channels such as nurseries that sell seedlings directly to farmers.

4. Marketing & Promotion:

o Implement and execute monthly marketing plans and budgets as set by the company.

o Actively promote all products of the company in the region through field visits and farmer interactions.
