Job Description

job responsibilities:

1. market identification:

o identify agricultural potential and crop patterns in the belgaum region for seed distribution.

o analyze the demand and scope for various crop seeds in coordination with the companys product line.

2. dealer & distributor network development:

o identify and appoint potential dealers/distributors in the designated area, in line with company norms.

o build a strong channel network to ensure effective product reach.

3. sales & customer relationship management:

o maintain regular contact with existing dealers and distributors to enhance sales and customer service.

o explore and establish relationships with alternative distribution channels such as nurseries that sell seedlings directly to farmers.

4. marketing & promotion:

o implement and execute monthly marketing plans and budgets as set by the company.

o actively promote all products of the company in the region through field visits and farmer interactions.
