this is a full-time on-site role for an field recruiter in kolkata.

responsibilities:

1. source and screen delivery boy candidates: utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to identify potential candidates. screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

2. conduct interviews and assessments: schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and suitability for the delivery role. administer assessments or tests as necessary to assess candidate capabilities.

3. build a pipeline of delivery talent: continuously engage with potential candidates to build a talent pool for current and future hiring needs. maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

4. coordinate with delivery team managers: collaborate with delivery team managers to understand their staffing requirements and priorities. provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate profiles.

5. represent company values in recruitment: communicate the company's values, culture, and expectations to candidates during the recruitment process. ensure that candidates have a clear understanding of what it's like to work for the company.

requirements:

1. previous recruitment experience: demonstrated experience in recruiting, preferably in the delivery or logistics industry.

2. excellent communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, team members, and managers.

3. ability to assess candidate suitability: proficiency in evaluating candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organ
