Responsibilities:1. Source and Screen Delivery Boy Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.2. Conduct Interviews and Assessments: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and suitability for the delivery role. Administer assessments or tests as necessary to assess candidate capabilities.3. Build a Pipeline of Delivery Talent: Continuously engage with potential candidates to build a talent pool for current and future hiring needs. Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.4. Coordinate with Delivery Team Managers: Collaborate with delivery team managers to understand their staffing requirements and priorities. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate profiles.5. Represent Company Values in Recruitment: Communicate the company's values, culture, and expectations to candidates during the recruitment process. Ensure that candidates have a clear understanding of what it's like to work for the company.Requirements:1. Previous Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated experience in recruiting, preferably in the delivery or logistics industry.2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, team members, and managers.3. Ability to Assess Candidate Suitability: Proficiency in evaluating candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organ
