Senior Marketing Field Executive - Ulsoor Bangalore

We are seeking a dynamic & results-driven Sr. Marketing Field Executive to drive on-ground marketing and client acquisition for our trading business supplying to the hotel and hospitality industry. The role requires strong field presence, market understanding, and the ability to build lasting B2B relationships with hotels, resorts, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies to expand presence in the hospitality segment

• Identify and acquire new clients including hotels, resorts, and restaurants

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

• Conduct regular site visits, product presentations, and demonstrations

• Coordinate with internal sales, logistics, and procurement teams for seamless operations

• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 2-5 years of experience in field marketing or sales (preferably in trading, FMCG, or hospitality supply)

• Existing network in the hotel/hospitality industry is an advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a field-based role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
