## Loan Recovery Agent - Field Job Description

A **Loan Recovery Agent (Field Executive)** is responsible for visiting customers who have overdue loan payments and helping the company recover outstanding amounts while following company policies and legal guidelines.

### Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers at their registered/residential/business addresses for payment follow-up.

- Contact customers regarding overdue EMIs and outstanding loan amounts.

- Explain the overdue amount, payment options, and applicable company procedures.

- Negotiate payment commitments and follow up on promised payment dates.

- Collect payments through approved company channels and provide proper acknowledgment.

- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, discussions, and payment commitments.

- Submit daily/weekly field visit and recovery reports to the supervisor.

- Coordinate with the collection team and branch office regarding difficult or disputed accounts.

- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complaints when required.

- Meet assigned recovery targets while maintaining professional and respectful behavior.

- Follow all company policies, customer-protection requirements, and applicable laws.

### Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with field travel and meeting customers.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and data entry.

- Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.

- Basic knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi/English can be useful depending on the location.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be preferred for field work.
