• To drive growth of KSWA through Camp’s.

• To Identify, select and train NGOs for operating livelihood training centers in partnership with YP in all over India.

• To manage day to day operations of the camp modules.

• To hire Camp leaders & camp team to roll out camp.

• Regular monitoring & evaluations.

• Documentation and MIS

• To maintain quality consciousness during livelihood education and training

• To provide guidance and solve the queries at front end

• To be result oriented to think through, provide troubleshooting and produce results.

• Implement / Pilot new models for Camp.

• To develop strong Networking.

• Ensure placements for all students.
