1. Student mobilization and enrollment for livelihood skilling trainingsa. Counselling of students for attending courses.b. Ensuring quality and regular training is imparted to the studentsc. Examination and certification as per processd. Placements of successful candidates, through regular industry, contractor networking and self- employmente. Self-sustenance of the LDC, through capacity utilization, enhanced productivity and revenue / expense management.f. All administrative / backend functions to ensure that the LDC functions effectively2. Spending daily 5-6 hrs. mobilizing and networking in the community, and implementing innovative models- such as training camps, community trainings, NGO tie-ups to conduct livelihoods training. Mobilizing students in the evening and conducting evening batches.3. Planning & Execution a. Planning and arranging the batches on the basis of local community needs.b. To find out the training places for the batches and co-ordinate it with the stake holders.c. Mobilizing resources including recruitment of instructors and guest facultyd. Selecting, motivating and monitoring team of 5-7 facilitators4. Start and run community owned centers.5. Arrange various community involvement activities and awareness programs.Requirements1. Graduate who is willing to work in the field to create a social impact.1. Minimum 3-5 years, Preferably Livelihood & Training or having Sales / Business Development experience.2. Should be able to handle the team of 5-7 members.3. Good communication skills, knowledge of Hindi & Marathi or Local language are must. He/she should be willing to follow the processes and systems.4. Should be able to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, emails effectively for day to day working.5. Age preferably between 25 35 years.

Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual and intern personnel. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start. Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire , Screening candidates via calls or emails, sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, headhunting, referencing, ERP etc., Coordinate with Operations Team to identify Manpower needs in different areas, Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks, Hands on experience in design and defining job description, KRA. Making a JD if there isn't one, Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, culture fit and compatibility, Explaining the job role and compensations structure to the candidates, Hands on experience salary negotiation / benchmarking , Oversees the training initiatives and support to Functional trainers , Identifying of Training needs across verticals, Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning , Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline, Complete smooth on boarding process , Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction, Conducting of Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) across organization , Interviewing personnel and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives , Identifying Competency gaps and create model to develop it , Work closely with the Head - HR to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans.

Maintenance of in-house applications and databases Generating reports and flashing MIS as & when required Testing of software applications Coordinating with technical vendors to close app issues/bugs Online/offline training users on various applications Resolving tickets raised on support help-desk Interacting with various support functions and operations to close timely issues Knowledge of using various communication tools and providing online support to field staff Support in maintaining in-house servers, IT asset database, hardware and trouble shooting

To drive growth of KSWA through Camps. To Identify, select and train NGOs for operating livelihood training centers in partnership with YP in all over India. To manage day to day operations of the camp modules. To hire Camp leaders & camp team to roll out camp. Regular monitoring & evaluations. Documentation and MIS To maintain quality consciousness during livelihood education and training To provide guidance and solve the queries at front end To be result oriented to think through, provide troubleshooting and produce results. Implement / Pilot new models for Camp. To develop strong Networking. Ensure placements for all students.
