responsibilities

● greet and direct customers

● provide accurate information (. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)

● answer customers’ questions about specific products

● conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

● cross-sell and up-sell products

● ensure racks are fully and stocked (coordinate with the retail team )

● ensuring aesthetic displaying the stock (coordinate with the giva vm team)

● manage returns of merchandise

● coordinate with the retail sales representatives team to provide excellent customer

service (especially during peak times)

● inform customers about discounts and special offers

● report customer feedback, daily sales details, daily customer walkin to the team

● stay up-to-date with new products/services

● act as a bridge between the offline stores and the corporate office

requirements

● proven work experience as a retail sales representative, sales associate, or similar role

● understanding of the retail sales process

● familiarity with consumer behavior patterns

● knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

● basic analytical skills

● track record of achieving sales targets

● excellent communication skills, relationship building

● ability to perform in fast-paced environments

● flexible to work various shifts

● familiarity with the local language
