As an F&B Captain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional food and beverage service in our establishment based in Andheri. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Supervising Staff**: Oversee the performance of servers and other staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to established standards.

- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with guests to provide a warm welcome, gather feedback on their experience, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.

- **Order Management**: Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, maintaining the highest quality of food and drinks.

- **Training New Staff**: Provide training and guidance to new team members, helping them understand their roles and the expectations of service quality.

- **Inventory Control**: Assist in managing inventory levels of food and beverages, ensuring stock is available for smooth operations.

- **Event Coordination**: Work closely with management to set up and manage special events, ensuring all aspects of service meet guest expectations.

To succeed in this role, you should hold a degree in Hotel Management or a related vocational course. You must have 1 to 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of service standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with both guests and staff. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will help you thrive in this role.
