Coordinating with CHA and Government bodies to clear the materials

Handling foreign payments

Coordinating with bank for opening Letter of credit / bank gaurentee/ tariff transferas per contract.

. Coordinating with shipping lines for shipment payments and delivery orders.

. Maintaining shipment details in the Excel Sheet and in Register

. Work with existing suppliers to reduce cost /pricing.

. Ability to correspond with the Overseas counterparts /shipper/consignees..

. Knowledge of Freight Forwarding.

. Preparing daily reports & delivery schedule.

. Awareness of Export Scheme.

. Preparation of GST Invoices.
