ï‚· Verified accuracy and completeness of shipping documents, including invoices, packing

lists, certificates of origin, Certificate of Analysis, Insurance of shipments, E-invoice and

other required paperwork.

ï‚· Kept the records of the Purchase price and prepared a pricelist for sales and coordination

with the management for margin and other details.

ï‚· Coordinated with supplier for documentation required and submitted the same to the

agent after verification.

ï‚· Co-coordinating with customer in case of discrepancy between ledgers

and solve the discrepancy

 Maintaining sales target record for analyzing sales team’s performance

and achievement.

ï‚· Prepare Self Generate eBRC from DGFT Portal.

ï‚· Kept the record of the Duty Draw Back and RoDTEP benefit.

ï‚· Generate RoDTEP e-script from ICEGATE portal.

ï‚· Kept the record of the Outstanding Payments and Make Payments of Supplier, CHA,

Transporter.

ï‚· Maintained effective communication with Bank for Release SB from Custom Site.

ï‚· Kept the record on Daily Basis in Tally Prime.

ï‚· Provide TDS & GST Return worksheet (Excel) on Monthly basis to CA.

ï‚· Provide GST refund worksheet (Excel) to CA as per their requirements.

ï‚· Kept the record of Personal policies and make sure to make payment before due dates
