Prepare Proforma Invoice, kept the record of Inward Remittance. Verified accuracy and completeness of shipping documents, including invoices, packinglists, certificates of origin, Certificate of Analysis, Insurance of shipments, E-invoice andother required paperwork. Kept the records of the Purchase price and prepared a pricelist for sales and coordinationwith the management for margin and other details. Coordinated with supplier for documentation required and submitted the same to theagent after verification. Co-coordinating with customer in case of discrepancy between ledgersand solve the discrepancy Maintaining sales target record for analyzing sales teams performanceand achievement. Prepare Self Generate eBRC from DGFT Portal. Kept the record of the Duty Draw Back and RoDTEP benefit. Generate RoDTEP e-script from ICEGATE portal. Kept the record of the Outstanding Payments and Make Payments of Supplier, CHA,Transporter. Maintained effective communication with Bank for Release SB from Custom Site. Kept the record on Daily Basis in Tally Prime. Provide TDS & GST Return worksheet (Excel) on Monthly basis to CA. Provide GST refund worksheet (Excel) to CA as per their requirements. Kept the record of Personal policies and make sure to make payment before due dates

Product development and price offer to the client. To follow-up T & A on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality and quantity. Trims, bulk fabric colour, and quality submit to the buyer for approval. Closely monitoring the sampling approval process and on-time provide to the client for approval and arrange approval for the go-ahead. Size set submits to the buyer and arranges approval for bulk production. To in-house require materials on time to production according to T & A. To collect an inventory report from the store. Update factory production and the quality team about every message of buying a house Regular basis checks with the quality department and makes ensure correct quality. Confirm on time and smooth shipment to the buyer Time to time reporting to the head of the department Reporting to the high authority in need basis. If in case need than follow up payment issue.
