job responsibilities:
• assist the ceo in the timely management of communications; including written, telephone, email, and voicemail.
• compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
• assist in the management and organization of the ceo’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
• prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.
• designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
• keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
• maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
desired candidate profile:
• bachelor’s degree
• min 2 years’ experience in manpower /staffing /skilling /education industry
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• proficiency in ms office is a must
• excellent organisational and time-management skills
• quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
