key responsibilities:
calendar management: maintain and manage the coos calendar, including scheduling
meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
communication: act as the primary point of contact between the coo and
internal/external stakeholders. screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other
communications.
meeting coordination: prepare agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes. follow up
on action items to ensure timely completion.
documentation: draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
ensure all documentation is accurate and professionally presented.
project management: assist the coo with special projects, including research, data
analysis, and reporting. coordinate cross-departmental initiatives as needed.
travel arrangements: plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
for the coo.
event planning: organize and manage company events, executive meetings, and other
functions as required.
confidentiality: handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and
professionalism
office management: oversee the operations of the executive office, including ordering
supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring the office environment is organized and
efficient.
support to executive team: provide administrative support to other executives as needed,
