Roles & Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about academic programs, courses, and career options

Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or institutions

Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries effectively

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads

Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrolments

Coordinate with academic and admissions teams

Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong counselling and convincing abilities

Student-centric and empathetic approach

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)

Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline

Background in education counselling or sales is an advantage
