We are looking for a smart, proactive, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can independently handle student enquiries, guide parents, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate must be confident, sharp, energetic, and capable of managing the admission process from enquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Calling & Follow-ups
Call prospective students and parents from the enquiry database.
Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures clearly.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
2. Student Counselling
Guide students in choosing the right course based on their interests and career goals.
Provide accurate information about programs, facilities, and placement opportunities.
3. Conversion & Admissions
Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Maintain strong persuasion and communication skills to achieve admission targets.
4. Front Desk Management
Welcome walk-in students and parents professionally.
Provide clear guidance regarding courses, admission process, and documentation.
5. Data Management
Maintain enquiry and admission data in Excel/CRM systems.
Track daily calls, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
6. Coordination
Coordinate with the accounts team for fee collection.
Work closely with academic departments for admission documentation.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Proactive and self-driven personality
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities
Strong calling and follow-up skills
Good confidence in handling students and parents
Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Qualification
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Experience in Admissions / Counselling / Customer Support will be an added advantage
