E Commerce Executive

Responsible for Complete Ecommerce Sales / Fulfillment Related Tasks:

You will be responsible for the following:

ï‚·Increase sales output for the online mode of business through key account relationship management

ï‚·Coordinate with merchandisers and clients to ensure maximum visibility

ï‚·Manage the entire order fulfillment process with 100% detail and accuracy.

ï‚·Update partners of promotions and maximize sales per site / per sku

ï‚·Process orders received from the customer.

ï‚·Update inventory panels on daily basis

ï‚·Create and maintain correct product data sheets

ï‚·Ship the order to the customer as needed with the help of a team of packers.

ï‚·Track the order from the courier company and communicate to partners / customers of status, as required.

ï‚·Maintain proper records at every step of the process as required

ï‚·Update panels on partner sites / own sites / other places as required.
