Design Engineer - Full Time

We are looking for a Design Engineer to join our team in Greater Noida. This is a full-time position for males with 2 to 5 years of experience, who will work from our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Concept Development:** Create innovative design concepts for various projects based on requirements and specifications, ensuring they meet functional and aesthetic standards.

- **3D Modeling:** Develop detailed 3D models using design software to visualize and test designs, allowing for better understanding and adjustments before production.

- **Technical Drawings:** Produce accurate technical drawings and schematics that guide the manufacturing process, ensuring each design is clear and precise.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to ensure designs are feasible and align with production capabilities.

- **Design Review:** Participate in design review meetings to present ideas and receive feedback, promoting continuous improvement and innovation in design processes.

- **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes and changes, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible for future reference.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CAD software and a keen eye for detail. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity are essential for developing unique design solutions. Good communication skills are necessary to collaborate with team members effectively. A bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field is preferred, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. Candidates should be able to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines while delivering quality work.
