Qualifications
-Graduate in any healthcare domain (preferred)
-Language proficiency: Good English communication and technically sound
-Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Summary/Description
- We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Executive with relevant healthcare experience to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities/Duties
-Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
-Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
-Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
-Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
-Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
-Create weekly dashboard for customer complaints, issues, and resolutions
